“We've been AW customers for a long time, the customer service from Lucy is appalling! Leaves a bad taste in your mouth! In early December, I asked questions about ingredients in a product and was promised twice, to get an email with information. This is end of January and I am still waiting. I chat with Lucy and this is what she tells me "you can leave a review if you would like to" rather than assist me. Terrible customer service”

“Great customer service, helpful and friendly staff, soaps and bath bombs are superb quality and we have good feedback from our customers. A brilliant wholesaler - My only constructive criticism is the company could benefit from more investment in IT, particularly the drop shipping side. Data discrepencies between stock feeds and website have caused a few issues. I would recommend providing drop shippers a selection of data feeds that are preformatted and ready to import directly into the most popular shoping carts such as magento, shopify etc. This would allow for auto sychronisation of stock levels between AW and drop shippers thus preventing the sale of out of stock products, helping drop shippers to retain more customers, in turn creating more repeat orders for AW :) keep up the good work guys”

“I use multiple sources for my stock however Ancient Wisdom seem to be the fairer priced with wider variety of stock options for a Gift business. Plenty to choose from, great prices, speedy delivery and great service. so far so good :)”

“Placed an order on Friday 6th January 2017 only to be told on Monday 9th January 2017 that it is your first day back from the Christmas break and you have over 300 back orders to deal with which means my order will not be with me till at least next week now. I am not happy. Great way to treat a first time customer......not.”

“Have been dealing with AW for a year now, absolutely brilliant people to do business with, good variety, good prices, lovely customer service on the one occasion an item turned up damaged it was replaced next day without fuss. Still get a bit lost on the website (getting old) .”
