“John and his team were very pleasant, the rest if the guys and girl were very efficient, friendly and polite throughout. The only negative was that they had forgot to retrieve some boxes from the loft, which was agreed on the removals statement/invoice. However, that said can't complain, overall would recommend your company. The removal day went like clockwork.”

“I have used AMC removals for our house move from Kirkcaldy to Kinross and have been impressed by them from the moment the intake was done for the estimation. They have all come across very knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile where needed. When I was in need of extra boxes a week before the move, they delivered them the next day, whilst I volunteered to collect them as well. On the move day the team was professional, courteous and got the job done in a safe and timely manner. I would highly recommend them!”

“We hired AMC removals to move our home goods from one property to another, the 3 young removers were brilliant, Alan the driver, Jack, and 0lease forgive me but I can't for the life of me remember the young girls name, they were from Cowdenbeath depot, for you ones they sure know how to graft, there was 2 items of furniture that got minor damage from the lifting, but its fine, I'm not going to complain or make a claim, these things happen and my items are still functional. Would definitely recommend, they are bit more expensive than other companies but you get what you pay for i say.”

“Extremely impressed from the service received from start to finish. The removal staff were fantastic and did an excellent job. Extremely professional and friendly. I love how our contents are placed in crates then stored and unopened until we arrive at our next destination. Extremely competitive and I would definitely recommend. Thank you AMC”

“I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are so professional and easy to deal with. They were very patient and accommodating to various changes I had to make, including needing to put everything in storage. They dealt with everything very calmly and nothing was a problem for them. Brilliant company!”

“I've used removal companies 6 times, as I've had to relocate across various cities in Scotland. AMC Removals is truly the best. Luckily for me I don't plan to move again, so it seems that I've left the best to last!”

“We used AMC for our recent move, they were excellent. Very organised with great communication. The team of guys who came to do the move arrived when we were told they would, they were efficient, courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our move went very smoothly, and what could have been a very stressful day was made much easier with the help of AMC. Highly recommend this company !”

“Great service, very quick and always informed. We had several delays and complications with our settlement but the team were extremely flexible and more than happy to help. The guys doing the loading were very capable and quick, and very courteous and polite. Couldn't ask for more!”

“A phone call confirming the crew were on their way was appreciated. On arrival they went round the house identifying what items were not going before laying a lot of floor coverings to protect carpets, etc. The loading stage progressed quickly and it was clear the crew were very professional. A final walk round confirmed all was as planned - we were very pleased it had gone so smoothly. Thank you AMC.”

“Overall, very pleased with the service. The pre-move service was smooth, courteous and efficient. On move day the team turned up on time, comms was good, the banter was fun and our belongings were loaded on to the truck prefessionally and efficiently. When something went awry with my move (absolutely nothing to do with AMC, both the onsite team responded with empathy and efficiency, and we quickly agree a solution”

“My only minor criticism is in regards to the admin side. Twice, the washing machine disconnection and reconnection was not on the paperwork. I think some of the email communication could have been a bit clearer which would have avoided having to call for clarification. However, I have nothing but praise for the removal guys. They were very friendly, helpful, easygoing and hardworking. Nothing seemed to be a bother. The only break taken was half an hour for lunch. I didn't think everything would fit in but somehow it did, albeit with next to nothing to spare. I also think it's a very nice touch that we can have items moved within the house to relocate or decorate, free of charge within a year of moving. Overall an excellent service and I'd recommend AMC.”
