“We used AMC Removals for our move in February 2026 and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team were incredibly hard-working, polite, patient, and genuinely great to deal with throughout what could have been a stressful day. Everything felt smooth, organised, and well managed from start to finish, and they really helped take the stress out of the whole process. “The AMC team arrived and very quickly had our house safely packed into their transport,they shipped it about 60 miles and at the other end placed carpet protection on our new carpet and carefully off loaded the contents into the rooms as labelled on our boxes. It was quick and careful. It pays to have your boxes marked up for the rooms you want them in . I would recommend them to anyone needing a house move . Well done the amc team”

“We moved from Edinburgh to Fife. Packing boxes prior to move were purchased from AMC and delivered direct to us promptly. One the day we were notified they were on their way and approximate arrival. The removal team were friendly, considerate, professional and had good attention to detail. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use the company again.”

“We honestly couldn’t have asked for better movers. Despite a sudden and very stressful, nightmare situation, they kept their sense of humour all day and were polite, kind and incredibly understanding throughout. Nothing was too much trouble - they were calm, supportive and genuinely helpful when we needed it most. They were also the most reasonable and efficient during the quote process, which made a huge difference from the start. They are really lovely people to deal with. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone moving house.”

“I recently used the services of AMC removals for my house move and the compnay was quite simply brilliant. From the initial phone call, site visit to moving day - the process was seamless. Very reasonably priced and with the friendliest and most helpful team members I would thoroughly reccommend AMC removals to anyone considering a house move.”

“I was recommended to contact AMC Removals and my first contact by telephone was excellent. Very friendly response and very efficient at arranging the appointment for my quote. Price quoted was very fair and all arrangements that were put in place were done without any problems. The removal team on the day were very professionl, very polite and friendly and they took a great deal of care with all the items.”

“The AMC team from start to finish were fantastic. They explained everything to us, even when we had to change our move date, it wasn’t a problem. On the day of our move the 3 lads that moved us could not have been nicer and were very helpful in placing the furniture where we wanted it. They come highly recommended.”

“Moving house usually feels like a nightmare, AMC Removals are the dream team you want turning up at your door. The guys swooped in like a squad of cheery superheroes, lifted furniture I can barely look at without pulling a muscle, and somehow kept smiling the whole time. They packed, lifted and shifted faster than I can pack a handbag, and not a single thing was damaged. Five stars, would definately use again (though I hope I never have to move house again) Legends!!”

“AMC were able to carry out my removals at very short notice after my original contractor cancelled. They were very thorough in their approach, covering mattresses and lounge furniture before loading into the van. They also protected existing wooden floors from foot traffic during the move. The personnel were obliging when any help was requested and we're friendly throughout. The whole moving process went to plan. I would have no hesitation in recommending AMC to anyone.”

“Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking a removal company. The three removal men, were helpful, courteous and magicians with managing to move my piano from one house to another with no electronic equipment! I'm still unsure they got through doors into rooms! They never stopped and went above and beyond. Also the office staff were also so helpful. Thanks Team AMC for a less stressful move 😀”

“Having not moved home for many years. We didn't know what to expect. We were relieved and pleasantly surprised how easy the move was completed. The crew from AMC removals were brilliant. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We had some large difficult to handle items. It all went to plan , no damage no complaints. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.”

“Absolutely fantastic, extremely professional, accommodating and enthusiastic. Helpful and honest from start to finish, easy booking process and transparent in all information. Excellent value for money, I hope in a sense I don’t have to move again, but I’m in no doubt that I will most certainly recommend, and don’t forget they have storage options too, as well as all those extra boxes you might need to pack! “AMC truly excel in furniture removals. My furniture was collected, stored then delivered a few weeks later to my new address. From start to finish their customer care was exemplary. They couldn't have been more supportive & helpful when I left my wallet in a drawer in my desk. The ladies in the office, the 2 teams who did all the physical stuff & the gentleman who visited to cost the job, were all superb & took great pride in delivering a service that they could be proud of. Thank you so much for everything. You made the whole experience an enjoyable one.”
