Hi Louis, We looked into this for you as quickly as possible with the courier and they explained that they attemtped delivery the day after your order but you were unavailable. After attemtping delivery they took it to your local post office, which they notified you of in the tracking details. Due to the difficulty in you retrieving it, we sent out a replacement with another courier. We have now received confirmation that you have received it and hope everything is ok. “For the first time of all purchases, this is not a 5 star review…usually orders were received the next day but it seems that courier delivery has been switched from DPD to Parcelforce and it was longer than any prior order.”

“So far so good! I have just started using the Allergen laundry washing liquid, and pleased with the subtle fresh smell. So far I have not suffered sneezing bouts after wearing clothes washed in this product, which I used to when using alternative washing powders. A great result!”

“Made a noticeable difference, but size and cost are drawbacks. The product is relatively expensive for its size. The nozzle is challenging to use efficiently, making it hard to dispense as a mist without wasting liquid. Despite eventual success, there was significant product waste during nozzle issues.”
