“I hadn’t used this company before , but read good reviews and also paying with PayPal is essential for me when trying a company for the fist time . I’m so glad I did. The delivery was really good considering the current situation and it was the best price on the Internet for my Miele vacuum...very happy , and will definitely use again.”

“prompt delivery. would be nice to see an instructional reminder on the replacement filter of how to reset the machine and get rid of the "replace filter" warning”

“The machine is fine but getting connected to the app and this is why I bought this machine it’s terrible now I’m looking at the reviews what I should’ve done before I bought this machine unbelievable the hours I’m taking to try to connect and still not I want my money back”

“The unit arrived promptly and was straightforward to set up except that the WiFi refused to connect to my phone. Otherwise it is quiet and effective and replaces the previous 400 series that finally packed up after 15+ years of continuous use every night.”

“Really helpful company, I had a few queries and they got back to me promptly. Goods arrived the day after I ordered them. Products smell great - on the dog, Washing detergent I cannot smell on the clothes 👍🏻... room spray has done the trick... husbands allergy to the dog seems to have died down Great results all round Very happy 😃”
