“I have found this customer service really excellent - great advice at original purchase, have answered queries about when to replace filters, even sending reminders when the time is likely. They kept me informed about timescales. The product itself does a great job improving the air quality - great at filtering pollen, also sorting out a room where I removed black mould from windows (I am very sensitive and know when it is there!) Would recommend the product and the company. Thanks”
