I had a very good experience. My filters arrived safely. Feedback: the outer box was damaged in transit, fortunately the filters were fine. But I am glad excessive packaging was avoided. Delivery might have been a bit quicker, but Allergy Cosmos had the best price and were responsive when I contacted them on Live Chat. Overall, very happy and hopefully they'll remain competitive so I can keep my new subscription.

I ordered and paid for an IQ Air Filter on September 19th and still haven't received it one month and a half later. Allergy Cosmos said they would get it sorted but it's October 30th and I've heard nothing since. I'd avoid this company.

I cannot praise this company enough. We purchased an air purifier a while ago and replacement filters a few days ago. Both were excellent, first class equipment. Staff met our enquiries by phone and email quickly and accurately. Equipment was delivered quickly and all the information paperwork was spot on. At the end of the day it did what it said on the tin but inside the tin was caviar rather than baked beans.

I expected this to be delivered by DHL last week but still haven’t received it, or any indication of when it will be delivered. Contacted Allergy Cosmos about this but have had no reply.
