“I found the whole process incredibly straight forward. At the time due to the lockdown around Covid I couldn’t visit the shop but the staff were very helpful o the phone and I bought my lovely second hand Arius digital piano with lots of help and no fuss. They were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them too. Thank you SH 🎹”

“I was happy that I received my guitar that I ordered very quickly. However, I was supposed to receive a free tuner with the purchase, which I didn't receive. I called and was told it should be with me shortly, but I never received it. I then forgot about it and only remembered it cause of this e-mail”

“I bought a Cordoba classical guitar from Allegro Music on-line and there were no problems at all with that. The guitar itself did have an issue but this was spotted prior to shipping and I was contacted quickly and offered several options including relevant alternatives. The person I dealt with was very helpful and the guitar I opted for was delivered in good time and in good order. This was my first time using Allegro but I would buy from them again.”

“I ordered a keyboard from Allegro Music - I chose them as reviews seemed positive and the price was reasonable (although not the cheapest - but they did have the item in stock and many other places had a few weeks' wait). The item arrived within the week, and all is good with it so far (touch wood!). My only small issues were that the original box was used so couriers etc know exactly what you've bought (which I feel can be a bit of a risk, the box was also slightly damaged but thankfully the keyboard was fine) and also that there wasn't much in the way of communication - I had no idea when the keyboard would arrive. The outcome was all good though. I would use them again, hence the 5 stars.”

“Bought a music stand which is good value for money but more importantly, left my electric guitar for more or less a complete overhaul. Bit surprised that it's to take 7 - 10 days and it's a bit pricey but the proof will be in the playing when I have it back. I found the staff very obliging .”
