“The whole experiece from start to finish was excellent. I found exactly what I wanted including accessories and I'm delighted with allthe items I purchased - the keyboard is superb. Lastly delivery was first class with the items arriving very quickly and in excellent condition. Five star service.”

“I wanted to find a particular model of electronic piano to replace my Yamaha keyboard so that my wife could also play. It was Sunday, and I left an email message. Allegro Music rang me the next day, we discussed what they had in stock, and found the ideal item. A couple of days later, they delivered the item to me in Dorset, and took the keyboard and accessories. They were efficient, and dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. I am a disabled pensioner and could not have shopped in he conventional way, so I am grateful for their personal service.”

“On the website it says you get a free gig bag /hard case with up to £70 and a digital tuner worth £12.99 . I received a bag that didnt have any padding so could use it to gig and didnt receive a tuner . On the plus side , I orders the guitar late on Wednesday and received it on Friday , which was great . I was happy with the service even though I didnt receive the items that was advertised on the website .”

“Exemplary is best word for the way they helped and handled transaction and communication. Exceptional for the delivery guys as well, don't leave them out of it though they aren't a part of Allegro. Overall am quite pleased you might think, and you would be quite correct. No, I don't work for them or in any way affiliated. I just like to give the right praise where it is due!”

“I needed to get my 6-yr old grandson kitted out with a child-sized classical guitar and case plus extras, at short notice to start lessons at school - and it all needed delivering to his home in Kent. Despite being in the middle of Covid lockdown, the staff could not have been more helpful. There was even a good range of different instruments to choose from and helpful, informed advice from the staff. Everything arrived in time and in good condition, and value for money was excellent.”

“Poor communication prior to ordering and after sales. I never received a reply to any of my emails except one when I enquired about trading in my original keyboard which I have decided to sell elsewhere. One saving grace is that I’m Happy with my keyboard which really sold itself no thanks to sales at Allegro Music”

“Hi there - I received my new Yamaha PSR SX600 this morning together with the accessories kit. The keyboard is to replace my 2 Technics organs which are now well past there sell by date. As soon as I set up the SX600 I knew I had made the right decision. It's superb and the controls are really easy to use (it doesn't have the touch screen but it's my preference. Also the accessory kit is excellent - not EBAY tat and everything does what it should do. The delivery was spot on and to order something from London on a Thursday and have it delivered by 10.30 am on the following monday i think is great. All round five star service. Dave Warren.”
