“Customer service was brilliant at the Chelmsford branch. The staff showed us the type of keyboard we were looking for & explained how it worked. We brought our daughter in to have a quick play & explore the different effects/instruments on the keyboard which the staff helped to show her. Everyone was really friendly & helpful, would definitely recommend Allegro Music.”

“Excellent helpful service, very professional and informed, we had many questions which is to be expected when spending a considerable amount of money on our 1st Piano, all our questions were answered very concisely. Very important point the staff were all very friendly and approachable, we will certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Piano.”

“So happy with the service from Allegro! Great company, very friendly, and they truly care. I had a problem with the pedal on the used keyboard I bought from them, and they personally hand delivered me a new one the same day! Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying any music equipment - you're in good hands with Allegro!”

“Allegro music were very customer friendly and gave me sound advice,which gave me great comfort and confidence in choosing the keyboard that I finally bought The delivery service was second to none ,they were prompt Curtious and assembled the keyboard and made sure everything was in working order before they left .I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism of this company.”

“I called in at the shop, not expecting to buy anything that day, but after seeing the sale offers I asked about digital pianos as had been thinking about getting one. The lady behind the counter asked if I had time to have a look round which I di and I decided on a piano there and then which was delivered to my place of work a few days later and placed straight into my car. Assembly was straightforward with some help from my son in law and I am looking forward to starting lessons in the next few months when I have more time. In the meantime I am working on chords. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable.”
