“Highly recommended seller and instructors. I got an excellent piano with great price and it was delivered to my house free of charge and Chris and his colleagues are awesome, I got a lot of professional guidance in advance to choose between all options. I also having my piano sessions with them in Great Baddow, Michaela is amazing, I am very satisfied with the quality of my piano and my sessions, very knowledgeable people and friendly, the vibe of the shop and classes is amazingly good, have great access to, available parking and great time to schedule. Sincere thanks to you all for all your help and support.”

“Highly recommended seller. Absolutely first class service from initial phone enquiry to prompt delivery. Buy with confidence because they really went out of their way to help me, especially arranging delivery at short notice to accommodate my busy work schedule. Tyros keyboard I purchased is in excellent condition and great value for money. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. “I absolutely love my new used Genos. Julian and Georgia made it very easy to choose this instrument with their help and service. Compared to the cost of a brand new instrument and the value of my trade in Tyros 5 I think the package is great value for money. The Genos was delivered promptly on the first convenient day and any help I needed setting it up was willingly given. The only fly in the ointment is the supplied earphones which I find uncomfortable and badly fitting - a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent package.”

“The customer service was excellent. Annette took me round everything I wanted to see and carried out lovely demonstrations by playing on each instrument for me. Chris was brilliant too, he delivered on time when it was convenient to me and also gave me a demo on my digital piano of how it works. The prices were fab and my piano came with a year's guarantee, free headphones and a seat. I would highly recommend Allegro Music for a good all round experience 👍☺️”

“Easy online order process, with quick response to emails. A fair allowance for my part x, on a Tyros 4 special edition. Keyboard just as advertised, and very pleased with it. Delivery was made on the stated day, Friendly people , who collected my Estey Freedom 3 organ. Would certainly use Allegro Music in future.”

“I am very happy with the keyboard that I purchased. It seems to be in pretty good condition for a used model although there is a mark on one key. I am also very happy with the friendly customer service and the very good delivery service.”

“Our daughter has both piano and guitar lessons at Allegro Music, and loves the time she spends there. Joe (guitar teacher) and Tyler (piano teacher) are a credit to the company. We also bought a second-hand piano from the Chelmsford showroom, which sadly arrived damaged, but they actually went so far as to replace this with a brand new equivalent, without charging the difference in price. Very happy to recommend this company.”
