“I have only just started to find my way round the Tyros 5. There are far more bells and whistles on it than I will ever need but this is not a criticism. I do enjoy finding more combinations of melodies and rhythms mainly by trial and error as I find the manual difficult to follow. I would say Julian has been very helpful by offering advice on the telephone.”

“I recently bought a second hand Yamaha piano in the shop. It’s such lovely customer service. They were very friendly and helpful. Delivery was good. We are enjoying playing piano very much. We highly recommend Allegro Music.”

“Bought our second piano here. Digital Yamaha some 5 years ago and now acoustic second hand. Very helpful and knowledgeable shopkeepers. We've spent all the time we needed in both of the shops (pity Chelmsford town center is closing) and allowed us to really choose the piano that sounded just right for us.”

“Went in to look at second hand pianos with a view to purchasing if the right one grabbed us. Politely asked if it was ok to play them so we could get a sense of the feel and sound but was told we could only touch if we were going to buy. Was then subjected to endless questions about how much we intended to spend, which exact maker we were looking for, and were we definitely intending to buy. The worst sales lady I have ever encountered. Made us feel totally unwelcome and obviously couldn't be bothered to get off her stool.”

“Super easy buying process, great communication, delivery was careful and attentive, all the way to the piano's final placement. I order my piano without visiting the shop in person, so a lot of trust was involved, and Allegro did not disappoint.”

“I saw a piano I really liked on Allegro music’s website and was hoping to go and see it. Unfortunately this was not possible at the time because we live some distance away. When I called, a lady called Emma said she could ask one of their demonstrators to upload a video. The video arrived later that day along with answers to questions I had asked her. After listening, I decided to go ahead and buy the piano, it was delivered a few days later by very staff members. I am delighted with the piano and the service was incredible from start to finish. I am more than happy to recommend Allegro Music. Many thanks for your excellent service.”

“Communication at all levels was good and it was amazing how they managed to get the organ into the house and in position. I think many other companies would have considered it impossible but experience and patience won the day. The organ looks great and enhances the front room and the sound is so good I love playing it.”

“Very happy with my tyros 4 had one small. Problem with a speaker lead but this was easily sorted by a quick phone call and a new lead sent to me. excellent service well pleased highly recommended 👍 william”

“Complete novice obtaining a Piano for my daughter before Christmas, Allegro were extremely helpful and efficient, from making the first call, to having the piano at home was around 5 days, not to mention this was the last week before Christmas. Highly recommend.”

“Customer service was brilliant at the Chelmsford branch. The staff showed us the type of keyboard we were looking for & explained how it worked. We brought our daughter in to have a quick play & explore the different effects/instruments on the keyboard which the staff helped to show her. Everyone was really friendly & helpful, would definitely recommend Allegro Music.”
