“I’ve been buying instruments, accessories and sheet music from Allegro since the 1990s. This company always provide an excellent service and keep you in the loop when there’s a delay. They’re also on hand if you need any advice and their aftercare is second to none. I really wouldn’t consider buying an instrument from any other company.”

“On a surprise visit I received a warm welcome from Director Chris Boys. A tour of their facility introduced me to just what I had not known I was looking for. An immaculate Lowrey Prestige Plus that was delivered to my home soon after by Chris and his grandson. This was my third organ from Allegro Music in 45 years. The team are charming people who trade with a sincerely light and friendly touch.”

“I have only just started to find my way round the Tyros 5. There are far more bells and whistles on it than I will ever need but this is not a criticism. I do enjoy finding more combinations of melodies and rhythms mainly by trial and error as I find the manual difficult to follow. I would say Julian has been very helpful by offering advice on the telephone.”

“Bought our second piano here. Digital Yamaha some 5 years ago and now acoustic second hand. Very helpful and knowledgeable shopkeepers. We've spent all the time we needed in both of the shops (pity Chelmsford town center is closing) and allowed us to really choose the piano that sounded just right for us.”

“Went in to look at second hand pianos with a view to purchasing if the right one grabbed us. Politely asked if it was ok to play them so we could get a sense of the feel and sound but was told we could only touch if we were going to buy. Was then subjected to endless questions about how much we intended to spend, which exact maker we were looking for, and were we definitely intending to buy. The worst sales lady I have ever encountered. Made us feel totally unwelcome and obviously couldn't be bothered to get off her stool.”

“I saw a piano I really liked on Allegro music’s website and was hoping to go and see it. Unfortunately this was not possible at the time because we live some distance away. When I called, a lady called Emma said she could ask one of their demonstrators to upload a video. The video arrived later that day along with answers to questions I had asked her. After listening, I decided to go ahead and buy the piano, it was delivered a few days later by very staff members. I am delighted with the piano and the service was incredible from start to finish. I am more than happy to recommend Allegro Music. Many thanks for your excellent service.”

“Communication at all levels was good and it was amazing how they managed to get the organ into the house and in position. I think many other companies would have considered it impossible but experience and patience won the day. The organ looks great and enhances the front room and the sound is so good I love playing it.”
