Good range of instruments, and reasonable prices but instrument-specific staff were not available each time I called.

Allegro has become difficult to visit post covid as the Chelmsford branch requires appointments to even enter

Very nice people to buy from, take your payment and receive prompt delivery, but when you need after sales service, not so good. I am still waiting for a return call, as the person I needed was busy and that was last Saturday!!

On the website it says you get a free gig bag /hard case with up to £70 and a digital tuner worth £12.99 . I received a bag that didnt have any padding so could use it to gig and didnt receive a tuner . On the plus side , I orders the guitar late on Wednesday and received it on Friday , which was great . I was happy with the service even though I didnt receive the items that was advertised on the website .

I take great pleasure in saying allegro music dots all the a I’s and crosses all the T’s Customer service “excellent” I spoke with Emma, the price of myYamaha 705 was the real deal, a genuine bargain The delivery was an hour early even though the weather was atrocious l am one very happy customer, and would have no qualms dealing with Allego Music. A genuine company.

The item I ordered was not in stock - the Email I received advising me of this was a little unclear but Allegro were easy to deal with in sorting it out and providing an alternative product

Item was received damaged, then took it back in for repair after about 2 weeks. Had to be very proactive when finding details about delivery back from repairs. Spoke to a very rude elderly lady on the phone, she didn’t understand my frustration and made it seem as if it was my fault. Very poor service from het

Didn't have the product I bought then sorted upgrade for further money. Didn't come when they said 2-4 days came 7days after paying upgrade. One of the 2 box's was already opened when courier delivered . Rang alegro they didn't really do anything about this.

The website is very comprehensive and clear. There is a good write up for all the items sold and the reviews all look positive. I have been looking to buy a uckelele for my daughter and have visited lots of websites but this one gives me the confidence to buy.

To be honest wish I had bought the keyboard from Bonners or TyrosTipsters Not had much much help in two weeks of owning Waited for a regi stick which never arrived waited for another which didn’t load correct Did receive another with instructions which is ok Phoned to speak to Olly Gentle man said on Saturday he would ring back which he never did So all in all not very impressed Shame

I have not had any problems with allegro music I purchased a tyros 2 in the past which has been fine ,hoping to change this model for psr s 970. See you soon.

Recently I decided to change my piano, and after reviewing a number of models, I decided on the CVP701. Allegro Music came up with the best price offer on the Web. I contacted Allegro Music, and was advised that one had just been sold, and the other piano available was in the process of being sold; they were just awaiting finance clearance, and I was told that if I wanted it, then I’d better act quickly as new stock of the CVP701 would be sold at a much higher price! Today I have gone to put a review on the Allegro Music website, and have noticed that the same piano is still available and at the same price; I feel rather aggrieved that I have been given ‘sales patter’ just to pressurise me into making a decision very quickly, and I feel that this has rather tainted my dealings with Allegro Music. My details were passed to the delivery firm and the piano was delivered quickly; although when they contacted me on the day they were unable to even give me a rough time for delivery, so I had to wait in all day. So would I recommend Allegro Music? Apart from the high pressure sales technique, contact with the company was fine and the piano was cheaper than anywhere else. I am happy with the sound of the piano, although I’m missing 2 screws that hold the headphone clip in place.

the people are ok,but the services what they use for deliveries are very badly and anprofesional.i receive the items from them after a day and half over the day requested,to explain much better,i ordered a few items friday and i receive the items thusday in the afternoon.

I bought an ex-demo Bohemian guitar and hard case from an offer displayed on the Allegro Music website. Next day my order was confirmed and payment taken even though the ex-demo guitar was now sold and the hard case out of stock. After a couple of calls with customer service I swapped for a full price guitar - without the case offer. Customer service was very efficient. The ex-display model is still shown as being available as is the half price hard case offer. I would suggest that the website could and should be updated more frequently to avoid other customers suffering the same disappointment.
