“I ordered a Yamaha psr s970 from the website for my son for his birthday however then got an email that it had a fault so they wanted to swap with something totally different .I had to ask for a refund which I’m waiting for and had a highly disappointed and upset son as well. Why are the products checked for fault before putting it for advert!”

“I made an online purchase of what appeared to be a very nice acoustic guitar, reduced in price because it was listed as a 'demo model'. As a very picky buyer, I was resigned to it having the odd blemish to be expected of a music shop wall hanger. My guitar arrived within 36 hours, very well packed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it was actually in unmarked, brand new, well set up, condition. All stages of the transaction, including a helpful phone call, were carried out in a pleasant and professional manner. Top marks for both product and customer care.”
