“I take great pleasure in saying allegro music dots all the a I’s and crosses all the T’s Customer service “excellent” I spoke with Emma, the price of myYamaha 705 was the real deal, a genuine bargain The delivery was an hour early even though the weather was atrocious l am one very happy customer, and would have no qualms dealing with Allego Music. A genuine company.”

“After spending an fair amount of time wandering around Allegro's impressive website, I finally placed an order for a used acoustic guitar. Despite a hiccup in the online order process, a phone call to their sales office quickly and courteously resolved the problem. I'm very impressed with Allegro's first class, polite, communications and service and will certainly be a returning customer.”

“The Cordoba 20TM Ukulele I ordered arrived within 5 days (which is understandable given the covid delays) and in perfect condition. Has a very rich, even sound across frequencies, and feels sturdy and well made. Recommend it as an upgrade from beginner Ukes, can't go wrong with the mahogany, especially the solid top. The staff were friendly too - called them to ask if they would price-match another retailer and got an email the next day saying they would be happy to. Definitely recommend the product and the service.”

“I had always wanted to learn to play the guitar but, after a failed attempt many years ago, it became one of those things that I never did. Then, one day, I walked past Allegro Music, did a double-take and decided to take the plunge. The first thing to do was buy a guitar about which I knew nothing! Following constructive advice, I had a shortlist of three acoustics which I spoke about to friends who know far more about these things than me. I then headed back to the shop, bought my chosen guitar. I signed up for guitar lessons which, frustrating at times, I thoroughly enjoy. My guitar tutor, Jack, has frames the lessons around music and bands that I like listening to, which makes the learning process a pleasure. I can’t recommend Allegro enough, whether buying an instrument or signing up for lessons. I should have done it years ago!”
