“Allegro music would have had five stars, unfortunately they were out off stock of the Genos2 and took some time to be able to complete the order. However, the actual delivery was very efficiently completed and after service has always been excellent.”

“Although there were issues with Yamaha supplies, the staff were able to give a different acceptable offer. The delivery team were careful with the piano when carrying through the house.”

“Service was reasonable and the items came well packaged. Unfortunately 1 of the items was damaged , however when I contacted Allegro Music they were quickly on the ball and sorted the problem out. Also there was a mix up in the courier’s warehouse and it took 3 days to eventually get it sorted. However once again Allegra Music dealt with it quickly and everything is good now. Would highly recommend Allegro Music as despite a few hiccups the service and help was very good.”

“Good exchange deal offered, prompt delivery and collection of my instrument. Friendly help and advice on the telephone. The new instrument, a Yamaha Genos, is a vast improvement technically on the previous model, however I do miss some of the older Styles.”

“Bought a Hadley D10 and stool. The instrument was dispatched promptly and received at the door step (first floor flat). The stool was dispatched a few days later but was received fine. No problems with both items so far after about a month.”
