“Prices are competitive and when items are unavailable, contact is made via email to advise when they are back in stock. Only very minor niggle is the “floating” advert for free gifts that persistently appears whenever you go on the website.”

“I was shopping for a Cort KX500MS and Allegro Music advertised the best price bar none. Unfortunately the item was not in stock when I placed my order but Allegro contacted me the next working day to say they could send one direct from the warehouse within a week; which they did. Having never shopped with Allegro before I did not know what service to expect. I'm glad to say that the service was first class from start to finish and I'll definitely be shopping there again.”

“After an initial mixup regarding the availability of a precision bass copy, the manager of the Chelmsford store and Richard at Southend (website orders) dealt with me directly & could not have been more efficient or helpful. I received the bass exactly as expected by delivery in under a week. I will be returning to Allegro soon for my next purchase - Thanks.”
