“Phoned Allegro music regarding Genos Ultimate bundle. Staff very helpful. Ordered it on Tuesday. Arrived on Friday. All items arrived together. All working fine. Phoned them because had questions regarding usb stick. They phoned me back and answered my questions. Very helpful and knowledgeable about Genos.”

“Allegro really has been a life changer for our family. We have children that have various medical needs and additional needs. My children all but one take music lessons at allegro as well as having brought various instruments throughout the years. From the moment we walked through the door we are looked after the staff are very knowledgeable about the instruments and items needed to get to aid their lessons. Taking lessons at allegro is much more than just lessons you become part of the allegro family everyone is so kind and passionate about what they do and nothing is to much of an ask! I would highly recommend anyone taking lessons here”

“We purchased our first piano from Allegro in mid December. Having not purchased a piano previously I wasn’t sure where to start but the guys at Allegro were brilliant at listening to what I wanted and then taking me through the options, plus I was treated to nearly an hour of improvised demonstrations on a multitude of pianos whilst I was taken through the variation of functions of each. At no time were they pushing to make a sale, just genuinely happy to help and hugely knowledgeable of every product. Delivery was also easy and very efficient. The end result is an instrument that suits my budget and delivers exactly what I was hoping for. I cannot praise the service of Allegro enough. Huge thanks from me and the family.”

“Speedy delivery of the ukulele. Service slightly let down by me having to enquire where the bundle gig bag was (very thin and not offering much protection). Also disappointing that the bundle arrived a week after the uke.”
