“After an initial mixup regarding the availability of a precision bass copy, the manager of the Chelmsford store and Richard at Southend (website orders) dealt with me directly & could not have been more efficient or helpful. I received the bass exactly as expected by delivery in under a week. I will be returning to Allegro soon for my next purchase - Thanks.”

“Used the 4 for the cost of 2 keyboard lessons voucher for my grandson with Glynn .Excellent experience very efficient friendly and very good value for money ,grandson thoroughly enjoyed the lessons after being a bit nervous at first but was made to feel very relaxed and I have now booked more lessons for him as he looks forward to the lessons and I can wait in the comfortable waiting area and hear him play.”

“I recently purchased a Yamaha keyboard at Allegro in Chelmsford , Essex. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Jo Cocklin who demonstrated the keyboard functions to me. I was offered a good price as I also bought a stool and travel bag.”
