“Found my guitar on Allegro music website. It was a Demo model on special offer. Messaged the store for some details and got a discount. I ordered it and it was in my hands two days later. Well packaged in protective wrap and box. I love it. It's in perfect condition (except strings). I hope to buy with Allegro again. Well done. Great service.”

“Visited to buy a ukulele. Their internet site suggested a broad range of sizes and price ranges. I made a special 150 mile round trip and was pleased with the selection. Ultimately bought a tenor, after spending about 30 mins trying out a selection. Good service and value. Their selection of concerts and sopranos is very good, tenor less so, but still a variety to choose from.”

“Ordered Digital Piano between Xmas & New Year and then realised i had made an error with the delivery address. Emailed Overnight to ask for a last minute Delivery change & received response early next day saying it wouldn’t be a problem - v efficient & helpful. Can’t fault the service”

“Assistant at the shop extremely helpful we would not have been able to choose a good piano without his help. You have a well stocked shop, wonderful cross section of instruments best we have seen. Very pleased with my digital piano, fitters who delivered piano had it set up very quickly good service. Thanks very much.”

“My son wanted an electric violin for Christmas and we found a good selection on the Allegro Music website. Ordering was very easy and the Hidersine HEV1 Electric Violin arrived in plenty of time for Christmas, very well padded for protection. It looks splendid and sounds very good - just right for a first electric violin”

“Fabulous music shop with great customer service. I went in with my brother-in-law's Christmas wish list and staff were able to help me find the appropriate kit or best alternatives and were happy to negotiate on price.
