“Took the kids to try out some guitars to see which they liked. Very helpful staff. We ended up purchasing a couple of classic acoustic guitars. The kids are happy and can't wait for christmas”

“Service and advice on purchase was good but let down by the time taken to arrange my first lesson. I had to make several phone calls and visits to the shop to get this done. However I can understand that you were perhaps short on music teachers and I will reserve any further judgement until I get started.”
