“Purchased a keyboard online, which was a special offer, and a reasonable price. The item also arrived in good time and good order. Not so impressed with the Chelmford shop however! They didn't have anything to show us, in our price range, and didn't know about the online offers!”

“Visited the Chelmsford store for the third time in a week because of a fault with a guitar I bought, now it’s OK buying but it’s the quality of the after sales that really counts and I will tell you that dealing with Steve was nothing but a great customer experience faults happen but he dealt with it with great patience, the store was incredible busy but nothing was too much trouble and at all times I felt valued. Thank you Steve for all your help and advise and I would definitely recommend this store for its sales advice and after sales service.”

“Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, keyboard arrived on time with stand. Seat was not on delivery but Andy the director got involved, and seat arrived. Would definitely recommend as a company who cares, which is rare nowadays.”

“Visited the shop in Chelmsford - staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Next day ordered item on line close to Christmas and Allegro promptly forecast delivery before Christmas. Allegro even gave me a discount against their already competitive price (I had checked competitors). Item is for my daughter - it will be big smiles all round!!! 5 star”

“Very helpful nothing was too much trouble dealt with a web contact who provided detail for a local shop who talked me through the history and condition of a lovely Seagull S6. The shop demonstrated the guitar and helped to make the purchase quick and easy with good advice .Second purchase in a couple of weeks and would definately deal with them again top notch.”

“I’ve not dealt with Allegro music before but I ordered a kala tenor ukulele as it was the best price online that I could find plus they gave a Black Friday additional discount. The instrument arrived well packaged and on time and I found the whole service worked without a hitch. I’ll use them again.”

“I've been looking for a Clavinova for a while including Ebay for a used one. Given the price of the CLP635 on here and the cost of a used one on Ebay (I've seen them go for £1000 plus) then for a couple of hundred more AND a 5 year warranty then it made my decision. Add on top of that there are no delivery charges and the bundle offers too are great. Exceptional prices - cheapest I could find and I've looked loads! Definitely recommend”
