“Ordered Pono ACD uke and waited a little while for stock to arrive, but once in stock order posted out very promptly - good courier and good packaging. Instrument in perfect condition and great to play. Went back to order a hard case and similarly it arrived without fuss. Prices were best I could find anywhere. Allegro always respond quickly to phone or emails. Definitely recommend.”

“Item was received damaged, then took it back in for repair after about 2 weeks. Had to be very proactive when finding details about delivery back from repairs. Spoke to a very rude elderly lady on the phone, she didn’t understand my frustration and made it seem as if it was my fault. Very poor service from het”

“Every time I have attended the Guitar area of Allegro Music in Chelmsford they have been extremely helpful, the customer service has been amazing. They are happy to answer any questions, make you feel welcome and comfortable to try any of the instruments. I would highly recommend this store.”

“I found what I wanted easily on their website and placed my order. Quite soon an email apology arrived that the item had just sold out, new supplies in two weeks and would I wait or like a refund. I waited and the item just as required arrived, well packed and just what I wanted. Good service, can't fault them.”
