“I contacted customer service regards placing an order for a ukelele as I was not sure about the discount offered. I found them very helpful and so I placed my order on line. The price was very reasonable and the choice was extremely good. The ukelele arrived within 48 hours which I thought was excellent service. Many thanks Allegro for an excellent instrument.”

“The store holds particular nostalgic value for me, as it was the store I bought my first music book for piano. Years later, when searching for a deal to buy my first Piano, I was amazed to see the best offer come up from Allegro music. Particularly as I have moved all the way to Devon! The team kept me informed and allayed my fears for delivery of such an important purchase. The delivery went well and the whole transaction was faultless. I couldn't recommend them more.”

“We visited Allegro Music in Leigh-on-Sea looking for a piano for my son and have to say that the service we received from Benjamin was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge and expertise were actually the deciding factor in us making the choice that we did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a musical instrument of any kind.”

“Great people to buy my keyboard from. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, and, excellent timely delivery. I think the SXtra tick needs a bit more work to make it easier to use, but helpful instructions came with it. Good part exchange price for my old keyboard, if I buy anything else in the future, I'll contact them first.”

“I would highly recommend Allegro music in Chelmsford. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. For a music shop you would have a long way to go to find another shop anywhere near and helpful as Allegro music. Thanks to Andy and Steve in the Guitar department, a first class service.”

“The guitar I got was at a great deal- it came with a gig bag, strings were metal and good quality and the guitar itself was great. Not a professional so I can only give my opinion from that of an amateur but I hope it helps. Finally, the customer service- as someone who had never touched a guitar before, I got a lot of help finding what I needed. Would definitely recommend.”
