“Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish with Allcott Associates. They were recommended very highly by a friend when we said we were looking for someone to do a full structural survey of a house we’d bought. Very happy indeed with the customer service along the way and with the survey itself. Would highly recommend them.”

“Muse the first appointment but that was my fault, another was easily arranged. I was keep updated as to when he would arrive, and the survey was done in a quick and efficient manner. I received a well laid out document explaining highlights and lowlights, asking with rough guides on any repair costs. Would happily recommend.”

“I couldn't recommend Allcott Associates highly enough. When I asked for a quote, they came back very quickly and likewise responded very quickly to any initial queries I had. I then went on to instruct them in the morning to carry out a full structural / building survey for a 150-year old house I was purchasing in Leeds, and by the end of the same day they had already visited the property and carried out the full survey - I was surprised at how efficient they were! The vendors mentioned that the surveyor had been very thorough and spent many hours checking every aspect of the property. As promised, a couple days later the full survey arrived - all 70 pages of it! The survey was very detailed, included loads of photos and it was clear all areas had been well covered. The survey was clear, easy to follow and understand. Information had been segmented in such a way that I could easily direct my conveyancer to the appropriate section for them to check without them having to read through the entire document, this saved time and made it easy for me to refer points to them. When comparing with surveys my friends had done on their house, they made a comment at how much more detailed mine was compared to what they had done elsewhere. The survey detailed all the guide costs for any work to be carried out which enabled me to negotiate on the purchase, which not all surveys seem to include as standard. There was one recommendation for a further specialist survey to be carried out based on potential issues with Timber, so.I followed up with Alcott to find out as much as possible. Alcott put me in touch with the person who had done my survey, and I was able to ask them further questions and get detailed replies in good time, the surveyor also ran it by his colleagues to get a second opinion. All in all, Alcott Associates did a fantastic job and I strongly recommend them to anyone.”
