“The service I received was excellent. The staff employed are efficient, pleasant and very knowledgeable and professional. Particularly Judy and Marina who answered all of my questions. The Home Buyer's survey produced was written in plain English, clear and understandable. It also covered all aspects.”

“Allcott Associates LLP provided a thorough and high quality service throughout our dealings with them. The survey is extremely informative and helped us massively in making the decision to purchase our first home. All office staff we corresponded with were immensely helpful and I can't fault them at all. I would have expected to pay a much higher price for the service we received but they managed to keep it competitive as well.”

“Amazing service. Tim Alcott is one of the most professional people I have ever hired. I had a very thorough verbal report from my structural survey the same day as the survey which was very helpful. Not only that but I had the full 75 page report emailed to me before the end of the next day - and a colour version bound and sent to me within 48 hours. Couldn't ask for better service and I am usually hard to please! Tim was also very patient about us asking lots of questions / clarifications about things and Allcots response to all questions via email was extremely fast. Within 10 mins usually. Very pleased and would highly recommend them to others. Thankyou!”

“Mr Allcott was punctual for the arranged meeting. He was friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable. He gave recommendations on the spot and followed this up with a detailed written report which included guidelines as to the likely cost of remedial work. When later I submitted posed further questions, these were satisfactorily answered.”

“My wife and I recently purchased a listed property so wanted a full structural survey. From start to finish Allcott were very professional. They were on time and the report was very detailed which enabled us to ask questions we may not have done if we had not had the survey done. When we were searching for a company to carry out the survey a lot of the prices quoted were very expensive. Allcott provided a very professional service at a very good price and I would definitely recommend them.”

“When requesting a call to discuss the report. The surveyor left no message to make me aware he had rang me and only rang once. I had to make another call to state the date I was available. When he rang he wasn't in the office going through the report but driving, most likely to another home survey. But on the whole he was helpful.”

I apologise that we were unable to get hold of you first time. As a busy firm of surveyors, we do not sit behind desks, but instead are usually out on site carrying out inspections. I however understand that the surveyor in question discussed the his findings with you in detail which will have been repeated within the written issued report.

“I needed a structural engineering report to satisfy Building Regs for the removal of a load-bearing wall. The engineer who carried out the survey (Peter Vince) was very thorough, professional and dedicated to his task making copious notes and diagrams and inspecting all areas of possible concern. The report was issued very shortly after the survey and this was extremely detailed and very technical which covered all aspects of the Beam Calculation required by the builder and the Building Regs requirements. I was impressed by the depth of analysis and calculations contained in the 10 page report but I did identify 2 typo errors and these were rectified within 1 day.”
