“We requested a level 3 survey due to concerns pertaining to the house we bought which unfortunately were not picked up by the previous surveyor who had done the survey (prior to the purchase). Chris Duncan did the visit and the report and we are very pleased with Chris work. Chris did a thorough inspection and took the time to answer all our questions providing helpful information based on his knowledge. Chris was very professional. The report is detailed and was promptly sent. Thank you”

“Excellent service. I’m a first time buyer and needed a full structural conveyance done. It was done promptly and organised effortlessly with the estate agents. The report was completed and sent to me very quickly. It was thoroughly done with costings of work that needed doing to the house. As this the first survey I had done there were parts of it I didn’t understand. Pete the surveyor was happy to discuss all the points I was unsure of over the phone and was extremely helpful and answered all my questions concisely in a friendly manner. The full structural report was very informative and helpful and competitively priced. I would definitely recommend Allcott Associates, I was very happy with their service.”

“Having previously taken on the services of an estate agent ‘recommended’ surveyor, the difference between that experience and the first-class service provided by Allcott was like night and day. Opting for a full building survey, I was provided with a 70-page illustrated report that left no stone unturned, and - though it wasn’t all good news - gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. “Allcott Associates did a Level 3 building survey for a property that I am interested in. Pete, the Surveyor, had provided a very detailed report with photos. He has also addressed the questions I provided before his visit in the report. We did a survey with another company, but I didn't get as many details from their report as I have this time. Therefore, the report provided by Pete is beyond my expectation! We also had some follow-up questions after we got the report and Pete responded swiftly to our concern. I am very happy to have asked Allcott Associates to do the Surveying for the property. Definitely Recommended!”

“Allcott Associates carried out a full Level 3 building survey on a property that I'm purchasing. Mr Scoffin, the surveyor who inspected the property, went above and beyond to ensure any questions I had were answered on the day of the visit. His report was very detailed and his recommendations have been a massive help in understanding the condition of the property, and the necessary actions needed to improve the property. Mr Scoffin went out of his way to ensure that the current occupant of the house, an elderly lady with visual impairment, was ok when carrying out the survey. Overall I am very happy with the work carried out by Allcott Associates. They provide a professional service at a reasonable price, and their customer service was very helpful. I will definitely be using Allcott Associates again if I decide to move in the future and I will be recommending their services to people I know.”

“Professional, courteous, trustworthy and reliable. As a first-time buyer, I was a little unsure of which survey I would need, or which surveyors to choose. I went with Allcott based on their reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Karen and Judy, who provided the quote and booked in the survey for me, were helpful and responded promptly to my emails. It felt as though they were on the ball, which was reassuring. I opted for a Level 3 Building Survey which was conducted by Jane. The report was clear, thorough and detailed. Jane provided useful information about how to prevent issues arising (damp etc), and also highlighted things to be raised with my solicitor which, as a first-time buyer, was very helpful! When a crack appeared post-survey, Jane was happy to answer my questions and gave her professional opinion on whether it was anything to be concerned about. Overall, I am so grateful for the professional service, expert advice, and joined-up customer experience I received from Allcott Associates. Thank you!”
