“Very good once we found where to pick up the taxi. I was expecting someone to be waiting as we came through arrivals as they had the flight details, but another taxi company helped look at the small print on the email that said to go to desk 30. Once we found them and our driver was called the service was great and the vehicle was brilliant. Pick up from the hotel on return was seamless.”

“Overall a very good service with both drivers on time. However from the hotel to the airport (and although we had booked this in advance and paid an extra charge) there was only a booster seat for our 20 month old, not a proper child seat. The driver then proceeded to drive in and out of traffic at speeds that weren’t comfortable and braking that caused us to brace ourselves on numerous occasions. He was too close to other vehicles which gave him little chance to stop if something unforeseen had happened. It wasn’t a comfortable experience and was quite scary with the baby in a booster seat not a proper car seat.”

“Drivers on time. The 4 star is only against the size of the vehicle; 3 big suitcases on a saloon car it wasn't the best option from the company; and it was aware about it”

“Used for inbound and outbound journeys. Reasonably priced, responsive when contacted. When one driver didn’t turn up (half an hour late) they supplied alternative to get us to the airport on time.”
