“Easy booking process. On time service”

“Was a bit weary to use Airport Taxi Transfers, not knowing who or what the pickup would look like, but the service was flawless. Our driver texted us while we were getting of the plane and the pickup went smooth. On the way back we had a similar experiencemwith the driver sharing where he was while he was on the way to get us. Overall perfect service and will definitely use them again in a few months!”

“The cars were on time , clean and acceptable. The drivers were fine. The cars were ok but not exceptional ( we have had Mercedes in other transfers) the drop off at the airport was 3 lanes from the terminal yet Uber drivers dropped off next to it”

“The driver is not familiar with terminal 1 drop off for the airline. Found out at the airport that there’s a north & south terminal within terminal 1. We were dropped off on the south terminal instead of north terminal which was a long walk from the south terminal.”

“The process was very good in general. I hadn't realised it seemed to work via outsourcing to various different companies. My only complaint is that our driver to the airport was quite late - apparantly there were traffic issues. I'm not sure this is a valid reason with modern GPS mapping and particularly on the outward journey they should probably plan on getting there earlier. The trip home was good.”

“Easy booking process. Reasonable rate from Osaka center to Kansai airport. Driver was early, professional, and helped with luggage. Only comment is that the vehicle (van) could have been a bit cleaner. Highly recommend this service. Thank you!”

“Everything is amazing the only issue that we have. The first flight has delay 30 min and we are waiting our luggages 20 min so the driver tell us that he leaves if we are delay. only that but is everything ok”

“Our driver who picked us from alicante was not so friendly .our return driver turned up in a lovely suit we had a lovely chat with her on the way back to the alicante airport very friendly. I would still highly recommend this company .”

“Airport taxi transfers were easy to use and were there when I wanted them Only had a couple of issues on the way out the driver was at a different exit but was kind enough to wait as my flight was delayed On the way back driver was great got me back in plenty of time, very quick service And would highly recommend them”
