“Booking was fine. The driver texted to inform me that he was coming and kept in contact. However he had difficulty speaking in English. He was very polite and respectful throughout. He needs to learn English more.”

“I booked a returned pickup and dropped off for my holiday. The drivers were both nice and friendly. I took 1 star off as the car seat was setup front facing for my infant in both cars.”

“Upmto date, we are very satisfied. The sole critic is about the identification of the car. At the airport, we had to search the taxi for half an hour and were starting to be discouraged. It would have been appreciated if the driver had a piece of paper with our names.”

“This was a great way to transport to and from the airport. Everything was seamless and carefree. Additionally, it was much cheaper to book with Airport Taxi Transfers than through the shuttle service suggested by our resort. I would recommend them!”

“The booking process worked well as I received a confirmation email the day before the pick up. There was a delay on our flight due to a flight attendant reporting in sick. The driver must have been monitoring the flight arrival times as there was no issue with the pick up at the airport. The driver was polite, the only issue was communication as the driver spoke little English. Unfortunately we were dropped off 100m from the hotel and had to traverse the cases down a cobblestone street. Due to difficulties in communication I was not sure why we why we had to be dropped off away from the hotel.”

“Taxis were on time and drivers were polite and friendly. However, on the return journey they did not provide an adequate seat for an infant of 9 months. We had to use blankets and jackets to pack him into the oversized chair that was provided even though I had specifically stated that we were travelling with a 9month old.”

“Once I managed to enter the correct destination address in Bali the rest of the process was easy. Edi, our driver, wa waiting for us and guided us through the horrendous Friday rush hour traffic. His English was excellent and he made the journey enjoyable”

“Easy booking process. Wonderful courteous driver. Booked a Mercedes Van for 4 people and 4 suitcases plus two more bags. Vehicle supplied was a Toyota. Not in the same class as vehicle booked and smaller. Pretty cramped for those in the back as a seat had to be used for bags.”
