“I used this service on a recent trip to Argentina, and was very satisfied. I booked 4 trips, either to or from airports in Buenos Aires and Puerto Iguazu. All prepaid upfront, no hidden costs, very reasonable prices. Very convenient, bypass the long taxi line at the airport. Each time the driver contacted me by WhattsApp ahead of time to confirm, and then again a few minutes before pickup, with details of meeting place and photo of his car and license plates. All 4 drivers were on time, polite, courteous, drove clean maintained cars, and got me to my destination quickly and safely. I recommend this service and plan to use it again.”

“We had an issue with our mobile so didn’t get them message from our taxi driver. So had a problem contacting him. It would be more efficient if he was in the arrivals hall with our name displayed. As Arriving at JFK is manic. And not knowing where to go was very stressful. But once we were with the driver it was a good service”

“We have used this service twice now. On both occasions the drivers were 1 hr to 30 minutes late or at least we waited that long at the airport. Both drivers were good and value for money is good. Not sure if I will use again because of the delays.”

“On our arrival our driver had texted and came for us at airport as soon as we arrived. On my return he was around 20 minutes late which was stressful as I was going for a flight. Both journeys were comfortable and the driver was helpful, polite and drove very well.”

“Had to wait about 20 minutes for driver although the plane was early. Did phone the numbers but no answer. Journey was fine no problem got to our destination, driver didn’t really speak any English but then we are in Portugal.”

“Really easy to book and friendly drivers. My only issue is that the driver wasn’t at the Meeting Point we’d been instructed to go to. That said communication was very good and it was quickly sorted. Would definitely recommend and use again”
