“Everything was almost perfect. Driver waited with a sign of my name and took us directly to the vehicle. The only thing was that i asked for two seat boosters but it didn't have. It was one child seat only available. There is no charge for booster seats and It was a van bus so this wasn't a big deal for us.”

“Very easy to book and punctual. Only negative was the children’s booster seats on the way back weren’t provided but we took our own baby seat and the other children were older so it was ok but wouldn’t be good if you had young children”

“We were extremely pleased with the return transfer as the driver messaged us in advance with all the pick up details. He was extremely pleasant and car very comfortable. The arrival transfer was ok but I felt we should have had the same information as the return. Comments from other people said driver would wait in Airport with our name on a notice. We didn’t have any pre-transfer info at all so ended up phoning the emergency number and a yellow taxi came 8 mins later.”

“Onze vlucht had redelijke vertraging maar toch was de chauffeur ter plaatse. Niet aan de afgesproken plaats, maar binnen 2 min was hij wel daar via communicatie whatsapp. Geen enkel probleem gehad tijdens de rit. Zeer vriendelijke chauffeur”

“Things didn't get off to a good start. The driver had the wrong name, so we couldn't find him. This wouldn't have been much of a problem, if the email they sent with the drivers details had been sent earlier. It was sent while we were in the air and we didn't see it until it was too late. This was eventually sorted and we were on our way. He wasn't very friendly, but we got to the hotel ok. However, the return trip was excellent. Email was sent the day before, the driver contacted us on the morning of collection and again when he arrived. Very friendly and a pleasant trip. Overall, I would recommend.”

“Communication was very good before we arrived and when we landed at Pristina airport the driver was waiting for us. We had an excellent journey across the border to Skopje in North Macedonia. On the return journey the driver was late and when I tried to contact the emergency numbers that was sent to me via email I was unable to make any contact. I then made a whats app call, after remembering that the taxi company had sent me a message before I arrived. They answered immediately and sorted the problem as the driver had gone to a different location nearby. The car then arrived within minutes and we then had an excellent journey back to the airport. We were very pleased with the service that we received but make sure that you have a direct contact number with the taxi company as the emergency numbers were unobtainable.”

“Yes, but with a few caveats. We arrived in Stansted on Sunday night, and there was a traffic jam, so the car arrived an hour late, and it was a bit confusing. The car didn't match the one we had been given (it was better), and to make up for it, we walked back to the hotel to see central London at night. We arrived in London feeling like rock stars! We appreciate the gesture, but we were very tired.”
