“The driver was present, and waiting for us. He provided us with clear and easy instructions through WhatsApp (with pictures). Was very courteous and the luggage space was completely suitable. Exactly the kind of smooth process that we needed after a long day of travelling.”

“We used this service to bring us to the airport. The online process was simple, the communication from the company with details on the driver and pick up were informative and helpful. They gave us the drivers name and number along with an emergency number if required. We had no issues and were very happy with this company! I would definitely recommend this service!”

“This company was brilliant for our trip in Antalya Turkey ! We booked return journey from and to Antalya airport to a hotel in Manavgat area. This was far the lowest price when checked on the internet hence we were a bit unsure if it is dodgy or unreliable. Before the trip, we emailed them they were very prompt and professional. So we trusted and booked. They were excellent! Communication was great, 24 hours before WhatsApp connection was established by the driver. Instructions were clear. They sent a short video explaining how to find them at the Antalya airport. An assistant greeted us at the meeting point. She led us for 5 mins walk to the car park where the car was waiting for us. Very nice air condition luxury car was waiting for us. This assistant and driver were very polite. Car was equipped with cold water and some sweets. Safely arrived at our hotel. Very similar for the return journey. Very happy customer 😊”

“i booked a ride from ft Lauderdale airport to homewood suites in miami. I asked around about how much would it be to go to the address. He stated like 40/50 dollars. Gave the driver the address, he took us to the wrong address and tried to blame us for his mistake. I gave him my phone to see the address for himself. He look at it and took us to the wrong address. It was 25 minutes away from the homewood suites. He got upset that he took us to the wrong place. Not my fault he did not put it in his gps. Instead of admitting he was wrong, he became nasty towards us. He did take us to the correct place but kept the meter running. Needless to say the ride came to 124 dollars. Very disappointed. The driver is #108214. I have my my receipt as proof and the police was called. They can not get into matters such as this. Please feel free to contact me. I tried calling the the number on the receipt but it just stated the mailbox was full.”

“Awful experience, we had 10 people including clients with us. They expected us to get off the plane, through passport control and get our suitcases within an hour. Driver then left even though we was two minutes away. Left us stranded. No refund either. Seem like a joke of a company. Don’t understand how you can do this and leave people stranded especially with our clients. Made us look stupid in-front of them. Couldn’t recommend them to anyone. Please stay away”

“Have been using Airport Taxi Transfers for years but never again after today. The driver left as we were at baggage reclaim (despite us telling him we were there and the flight was on time!). I called the emergency number numerous times and it didn’t work. Had to get another taxi myself and then made a complaint about what happened. They responded that they’ll get back to me in two weeks with information. No apology, no refund. Just awful! Best to go with a reputable company in the future.”

“Booked a taxi from Edinburgh airport this morning for my flight which arrives this evening - 7 hours later sent an email to say you could no longer provide the taxi at the price I had paid which was £50 and that you had cancelled the booking. You graciously offered me the the opportunity to re-book but at £105 I apprecaite the laws of supply and demand but double the price for a 25 minute journey is actually taking the pi55 Have re-booked with another firm at pretty much the same price as I paid when originally booked”

“The cab driver was very nice and polite and on time. But…the cab driver seemed to be in a hurry and left us at the rental car door with 4 luggages. We had to walk for at least 5 minutes. I paid for a taxi not a bus. I was hopping to be left at my gate number door. Very disappointed.”

“Requested 16 passenger van and was given two smaller vans in its place. Pickup instructions were ignored and driver would not agree to what had been requested. Very poor experience.”

“Do not use, took our booking then emailed weeks later to say they could not cover it unless we paid an extra €125 euros which we did. Driver did not turn up to pick us up to get back to the airport. Had to pay €360 for 2 taxis. Called the company and just got hung up on. Taxi driver said they probably outsource it to illegal cabs. Do not use”

“We had a great experience today with an airport transfer to our accommodation with Antonio. He was very welcoming and friendly. He offered us tips about restaurants etc and made us feel very comfortable. We will be using this company again during our trip.”

“Do not use this company - received an email at 21:45 the night before we were flying advising that our minibus was cancelled. We had to be at the airport 07:00 the following morning - did not offer any alternative so we ended up have to hire 2 cars. Will never use this company again”

“Absolutely useless company. My outbound taxi never arrived. They told me to book a new cab so that i wouldnt miss my flight. They said they would cover cost. Of course, i had to pay a very expensive rate at surcharge rates to get to the airport on time. They did not reimbirse these costs. Now i am waiting for my return cab, whoch hasnt arrived 30 minutes after arrival as agreed on service and told to meet at costa coffee which doesnt exist. Never again will i use this company.”

“Been booking through these for 7/8 years now sometimes as many as 4 or 5 times per year. This year so far 3 x Faro, 1 x Malta, 1 x Riga and ive never, ever had a problem. Extremely competitive pricing even against Uber and Bolt they really are very good.”
