“Actually there was a small problem. The driver called day before the transfer from hotel to airport on June 19 to confirm that the transfer was at 17:30, which is the flight departure time. So I immediately replied that transfer is at 1300 which is four and a half hours before the flight time. And he asked what is the flight number and the airline? It seems someone did not read the agreement between us. Anyway, a new driver called and everything turned out well.”

“We took 2 transfers in past 2 weeks: Narita Airport to hotel near Narita Terminal Cruise Terminal and from Cruise Terminal to Narita Airport. Excellence both times, could not be any better. Will use Aiport Taxi Transfer again.”

“We waited 25 minutes in Arrivals for our driver to arrive at LHR T5 despite multiple contacts with Head Office and the driver from landing, through bag receipt to arriving at a closed meeting point. This was not the service we were expecting. The only reason the score is this high was the five star driver who negotiated the subsequent Friday rush hour traffic expertly. Won’t use this company again.”

“Very happy with Airport Taxi Transfers. Only complaint, and only a very slight one is that they are never at the Meeting point where everyone is getting picked up n even though during both pickups at Haneda Airport n Tokyo Cruise Terminal, I requested they have a sign with my name on it at meeting point it never happened. We have to go where they are waiting for us. Having said that, the drivers are always courteous, helpful and friendly. Overall,we are very happy with their service. Thank you.”

“Picked up June 5 at Heathrow by Bobby who was waiting. friendly and courteous with a clean van for 5 of us passengers. He gave us tips about London which I found very helpful. We requested him for the return back to Heathrow on June 15 and he picked up again. He was a little late because of unexpected traffic but kept us updated on his ETA. Very friendly and service oriented. Don't agree with your company policy of charging extra if flight is delayed. This is beyond our control and I advised right away which was a 10 hour lead-time to give you guys a heads up. Six stars if you modify that policy. Will definitely recommend to friends but advise them on late policy. Will use again. Vancouver passenger”

“I used these 3-05-2026 early morning to Malaga from Algarrobo-Costa,the car was all over the road and the driveway seemed not fully aware of his driving. I always use these but the latest experience has put me off.”
