“Perfect service! Our driver kept in contact and was ready for us once we had all arrived. The car was lovely, plenty of space for 5 of us and luggage and air conditioned. Would use again and highly recommend.”

“The booking process was really easy and I was kept well informed by email and WhatsApp of updates and reminders. I tried to postpone the pick by 24 hours the day before due to a last minute flight cancellation, I tried all of the numbers I’d be given, emailed and contacted the driver directly on the number they’d given me but nobody replied and I ended up paying twice for my first journey. The pick up for the return home was great, the driver was on time, the car was decent and he was polite and friendly. I would use this company again despite a hiccup at the start but the main culprit here was the airline.”

“Our flight arriving in Lyon was delayed for 45 minutes. The Airports Taxi Transfer staff called me and the driver contacted me using whatsapp. We met at the location he took a picture of in the arrival hall. The ride for 4 of us to Chamonix was very smooth and comfortable in a relatively new Renault van. I highly recommend booking a ride with Airports Taxi Transfers.”

“The driver claimed I had given the wrong address and sent me later a screenshot of the address he had. I copied and pasted the address from that screenshot to my google maps and it brought up the correct address. He ended up taking us out of our way and added to the journey when it was already late.”

“Always on time, driver usually makes contact via WhatsApp and are very polite. The only thing that is worrying is when the driver checks phone messages whilst driving. This needs to stop. We had a very professional mature female driver from Lagos to Faro on 20th June. She removed the phone whenever off and drove really carefully. Sorry I didn’t get her name.”

“Booking process was easy. Pick up from airport: instructions easy to follow however the agent at the airport was not very helpful. First said I wasn’t on his list so I had to call the emergency number. The same agent then came back to me saying I’m on the list now. But had to wait 30 mins before going to car. Return journey. Excellent. I was messaged the night before confirming and the driver messaged when he arrived early too. Return journey was faultless.”
