“Amazing. They waited but we were delayed at Baggage collection. I advised them and they told me to call once outside as we had already been over an hour. Within 5 minutes had the driver appear with an immaculate car and very courteous man. Thank you”

“A little bit of a delay when we arrived at the airport which we’ve not experienced with Airport Taxi Transfers previously but very nice driver and vehicle when we did get our transport. Out return journey to the airport our driver was fantastic, the traffic was particularly bad and a journey that should have been no more than an hour could have taken 2-2.5 hours because of problems on the route but our driver went out of his way to get us there as quickly as he could finding different short cuts but we felt entirely happy and safe in his hands and he still got us there in plenty of time for our flight. A MASSIVE thanks to him he did an excellent job”

“Avoid using this company at all costs! the vehicle sent to collect us from the airport was too small for the number of passengers and luggage, resulting in us having squeeze luggage in with passengers. This was vey uncomfortable and dangerous. I raised this as an issue to be resolved as soon as I arrived in resort. They ignored my two messages. Then 25 hours prior to being collected this cancelled our return journey without prior communication with us. This left us with no transport back to the airport. They refused to reinstate the booking. They said they didn’t want further complaints. They have since not answered emails requesting details of someone in charge. So in short avoid using them because if you raise a concern about their service they cancel any return booking without any notice. Customer service zero. Professionalism zero Reliability zero. Making sure they send the right vehicle. Zero No way to contact them other than an email address. Avoid using them - you too could end up having a stressful last day trying work out a new return journey to the airport.”

“We had an initial wait at JFK for the driver i believe this to be because we had clear us immigration in Dublin and didn't need to wait for immigration in jfk and the driver hadnt factor this in”

“Taxi drivers are on time . I especially want to say thanks to Mariusz. We were stuck in the immigration for 4 hours , he was super patient and polite even waiting for that long. I definitely will book them for my next Poland trip .”

“Pick up at Miami airport was pure chaos with a 1 hour wait and very little communication. Traveller should be told which stand to be available at. We had no idea where to go. Not a good experience”

“Our transfer from Stansted Airport was very easy to book, and the pick-up went smoothly without any issues. The car was not very clean, and although we asked for music, the driver turned on the radio which was barely audible. However, the driver was professional throughout the journey.”
