“The driver of the 1st ride, from DXB to the hotel was professional and polite, he came on time and has used the fastest road. While the driver of the 2nd ride was impolite, he came 30 minutes late and he opted for a secondary and a crowded road to avoid the toll payment. I arrived too late to the airport and I risked to lose my flight.”

“Overall, good service. Booking took a 3-4 hours to confirm although the booking was to be at c. 4am so understandable. Car was c. 10 minutes after planned time but communication with the driver was good via WhatsApp. Arrived with no dramas; would happily use again.”

“I was very very nervous as I needed special assistance, the driver took me to the airport, contacted special assistance and waited with me whilst they arrived. I can’t thank him enough. Also during the drive there he told me in advance if he was going onto a roundabout or sharp corner so I could prepare myself, (I’d had major surgery), this really really helped in preventing any knocks to my injuries. The best driver I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for your compassion!”
