“A excellent polite and responsible driver I found in Dinesh. I commend him for his duty minded sevice. This is in spite of the fact that the road closure near the hotel was closed and there were no clear alternative routes from the Hotel Ayatana which I find it unprofessional on their part; Dinesh took the pains to be calm and find the alternative routes. Kudos to him.,”

“I had paid the extra for a Meet & Greet which I understood to be the driver being in the Airport with my name on a sign & taking me to the luggage. This didn’t happen, the driver Mercedes messaged me & told me to make my way pick up point G. This happened after I stood waiting for at least 10 minutes. Service was ok after that but I paid for a Meet & Greet that never happened. I feel I should be reimbursed for this part of the payment. Colin Sinclair.”
