I thought this was a scam and not a legit company because I didn’t hear from the company or anything until one hour before scheduled pickup. It is legit but know that you will not hear from the driver until an hour before your scheduled time and day. My driver was 15 minutes late so I dropped a star for that, lack of communication and my driver was on his cell phone the whole way which is not safe driving practice.
