Booking process was easy. Communication on the days could have been better. Selected a vehicle for my number of passengers and cases, however, it was not big enough and two of my passengers had to ensure an uncomfortable journey both ways. On both journeys I had cause to ring the emergency number as the drivers were not there. While the number was answered the result was an expensive international call that resulted in “please wait”. Comms could be far better. The drivers themselves were good when we found them.
