“Met at the airport with a sign saying my name. Introduced himself and carried my suitcase for me. Walked to his vehicle, he chatted all the way. Vehicle nice and clean Had a nice safe drive to our hotel. Will definitely use again if we visit Rome in the future”

“Driver was very courteous. He was waiting for us and dropped us at Haneda Airport after a comfortable ride. He even got us a cart for our luggage upon arrival at the airport. I highly recommend.”

“Booking was easy. For pick-up at the airport, EWR, communication is with Whatsapp messages, in my opinion, that is good. On arrival, we got 3 sets of messages, one from a Chinese number that was a bit concerning. Eventually, we had regular messages telling us of progress and where to meet. At the meeting place, we waited about 20 mins for the car, a bit long but not unusual for a major airport. The driver seemed a bit confused on pick up, he had the correct address but wrong name- In the end we got home to Manhattan quickly with a friendly driver. Good price, good driver, and confusing pick up.”

“I had ordered my taxi from JFK today. My BA flight arrived 20 minutes earlier. They changed the driver last minute saying telling me that my flight arrived earlier. As it took time to clear JFK immigration due to many flights arriving at same time we were late by 15 minutes after the 90 minutes waiting time. The driver left us at the airport for 15 minutes late. I also informed ahead the office that there was a king line at JFK when landed. Never again booking through here. Not polite to leave customers at the airport due to 15 min delay.”
