“Our transfer from Airport to Karaburun was interesting. The vehicle has a rear wheel bearing that is gone and the noise sitting in the back was really loud. Secondly driver went the wrong way so once realised he was rushing, speeding over speed bumps and therefore passenger safety and comfort was not great! Our driver for the return to the airport was punctual, courteous and drove us with comfort.”

“The pickup from the airport was perfect. Unfortunately the return journey to the airport was not. I had booked the return to the airport for 1820. I received a message saying it would be 1835. I later was informed he would be 15 minutes late. The vehicle arrived at 1850. On the way to the airport the driver decided to take a detour to pick up food from an eating place. Only apology was it was for his meal. I found the detour totally unacceptable and unprofessional. As such the driver was not rewarded for service provided.”
