“Used the service 4 times across 3 different cities whilst in the US. Only one slight hiccup but outside of the on time and value for money.”

“The vehicle was far from what is shown online - we booked a SUV 5pax and got some “poor” middle class Toyota van. Driver didn’t speak English and vehicle had a smell of cigarettes and the seats were very uncomfortable… We had to wait for the transfer at the airport and received the wrong license plate number, so a bit of unpleasantness were present at the pick up… Would be better to take cheaper yellow taxi at the airport - not worth the money.”

“Booking process was easy. Is helpful to have a contact phone number for confirmation from driver and of arrival time. Driver arrived early and was very helpful loading bags. Van was clean. Efficient service would use again.”

“Wirklich beide Fahrer extrem professionell.Freundlich und pünktlich.Besonders die Kommunikation (beide Fahrer kontaktierten uns vorab,so dass man sich sicher sein konnte) Jorge erklärte uns New York Erstbesuchern was wir gerade sehen…..sehr nett . Unser Fahrer für die Rückfahrt war so aufmerksam und merkte dass wir müde waren und stellte sich darauf ein . Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.”

“Seamless journey both ways. On arrival at TFS someone waiting was with my name on a card and we were then assisted to our vehicle by the driver. Return was booked for 17:30 and the driver arrived at front of hotel 17:25. Both drivers packed our luggage and both vehicles were larger than what we'd ordered. 100% recommend”
