“We followed the instructions to meet the driver as it was provided on the voucher. It took us an hour to connect with the driver and he did not know anything about the meeting place. He appeared to be a new driver and not comfortable with London Heathrow.”

“The driver was there waiting even through my flight was early. He was very friendly and we managed to communicate well even with the language barrier. He kept checking I was ok, temperature was ok and music ok throughout the journey. Car was clean and comfortable. I was dropped at the correct place and the driver helped me with my bags. Very good experience from start to finish.”
