“Excellent service on pick up. Our flight was delayed for over 2 hours but the driver waited and was very friendly. Amazing air conditioned vehicle for four of us with three large suitcases. Amazing WhatsApp service too with instant replies. Return journey was fine but the driver was on the phone for over 40 mins of a 50 mins journey and his vehicle was a bit cramped too, but I don’t want this to spoil a really efficient service. We will definitely use again.”

“Our driver started off with 1 star because he kept rushing us and sending messages for us to come out but our bags never arrived so we had to go report it and that was upsetting enough and he kept texting nonstop never empathising with our situation. When we met, he didn't give VIP service of taking bag until shortly after. Once we got in the car, he was very friendly and kept wanting to chat but we were exhausted, frustrated and just needed a calm ride. All the same I gave 5 stars since 4.5 wasn't available. Driver showed up on time, communicated days before, booking was super easy and the slight issue I had with that, was sorted out immediately. Happy and would recommend them 100%.”
