“Not the greatest customer service and not the best "next day" delivery from DHL (it took 5 days and was supposed to be Royal Mail,,, as discussed with the customer service department). Overall not too bad. Good selection of products and at a relatively cheap price.”

“The products were excellent as was the price but the delivery took far too long… especially when I phoned and was told they were in stock! I was given a £15 credit due to the slow turnaround which helped”

“The shoes we ordered were beautiful, however they were slightly too big and i had to return them. I contacted customer service to enquire about an exchange and was told that they do not provide this service and i would have to return them and get a refund. I then asked how to do this as i couldnt find the returns section on the site...no response!! I then used the AI chat service to ask the same question again no response. Although the shoes are beautiful, for the money being paid, I would have expected the customer service to be of a high standard. I am now in the process of returning the items but still do not know when i will receive the refund in order to repurchase in the correct size”

“Wanted two pairs of shoes with money of the first pair and discount of second l received the first pair had to ring them about other pair said they were out of stock.money was refunded .but when l looked on website l could still order the out of stock shoes a take on there was no way l was getting the second pair at the discount price to me the decent thing would be when they come in we will send you the second pair but it has been a scam all along”
