I saw the 10% off first purchase offer on the website *after* my first purchase! Farley rectified this at once when I pointed it out, with a refund. The awful DPD Local (not DPD, which is generally fine) screwed up delivery, but again Farley graciously apologised and sorted it out.

Very good selection of outdoor clothing and very helpful and courteous staff. Postage could be a little bit quicker, couldn’t see an option for next day, that aside would definitely use again.

They didn't have the boots in the shop in the correct size. I tried to order on line using a gift voucher but had a lot of issues as it wouldn't accept it. The lovely people in the shop took my contact details and someone from the warehouse rang and took my order over the phone.

With a cruise approaching in 4 days I phoned the sales department as I had just received an email showing the new range of Meyer casual trousers . In 48 hours the trousers were delivered. Wonderful service Thank you
