“Delighted with my hat purchase. Sadly one item didn’t fit Handled my return very well. Will use them again. Only down side had to pay £9.95 to return my item. Would be nice to have free returns.”

If I ever have any questions, it’s a delight to speak to the customer service team, who are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient. There’s also the added bonus of being able to collect loyalty points with every purchase made!”

“When I ordered, the item was showing as eligible for next day delivery. There was no option in the checkout so I asked on the online chat what to do, I was informed to checkout and it would automatically go as a next day delivery. 3 days later, still no parcel and no tracking. Called and was told the online chat is a robot and it is broken, so be careful if you need speedy delivery. This was a late present in the end, but happy with the item and the price”

“After a long long search, I’ve finally found my perfect boots ! I do a lot of walking over rough ground, and needed a boot that was up to the job. I bought myself a pair of Ariat boots, and I simply love them ! I purchased these from A Farley, I found them on the internet, and their service and helpfulness has been second to none. Thank you very much to all I spoke to at Farleys, and I’ve now found a firm who we, as a family, can rely on to supply the goods we need.”

“Sadly we never received them. We had to email a couple of times to find out where they were. We got a refund in the end and had to buy them somewhere else.”

“A farley were very slow to dispatch my order as it took 8 working days. Throughout the time waiting for the order to dispatch I emailed customer service three times asking when it would be sent to me, I received the same answer each time “it is due to be with you in two days” the first two times this was not true and it did not arrive, then the after the third email they sneakily sent out my order on next day delivery to attempt to get it to me on time - which it didn’t. Ended up ordering the product from somewhere else so I would receive it in time and returned my A Farley order.”
