“Although I'm happy with my coat, I'm not happy with how long I had to wait for it! Was supposed to be 7-11 days, ending being 2 weeks, and when I spoke to customer service they couldn't provide tracking information. I won't be using this company again.”

“You were very good the Courier you choose were not . They lied they never came with the Parcel . Have a Ring Door Bell and my Husband was at home. The £4.99 postage I Paid I Had to pick up from Local Depo. They were unhelpful to say the least. I am sorry I love your clothing but I will not be Ordering with you again. DPD Local based in Birmingham. Awful. Love My Purchase”
