“Unfortunately I was unable to get my feet into the lovely boots. I had expected them to have a zip down the side. They looked very nice and appeared to be well made. I have returned them for a refund.”

“I have bought several items from A Farley in the last year, mostly Harkila stuff. I have received excellent and very reliable, and prompt, service , including offers , sales and discounts , ( e mails always worth studying ) and am very impressed by the Harkila quality, which has kept winter at bay, and is always a pleasure to wear. So very warm , weatherproof, and well cut. Also, the provision of delivery by DPD is the icing on the cake. The prompt notice of confirmation, and the detailed information on the day of delivery, is a modern wonder to anyone who remembers the hit and miss of earlier decades , and the fact that you can register the " three words" location identification system and a house photo with DPD really streamlines the whole operation, and their drivers are invariably cheerful , efficient, and considerate. That , they say, is partly because they are so well supported by a good system. Very satisfied on all fronts.”
