“This item was delayed because of supplier apparently, after making an enquiry about its delivery I was told I had been emailed,I received no such email,I was then told the item would be back in stock the following Monday and would be dispatched next day,I didn’t receive the item until Friday,again with communication severely lacking.”

“Delivered on time. Box indicated correct size but the shoes themselves were wrong size. Sent back using free returns and reordered. Helpfully advised about delay through phone call and treated like I was their best customer rather than a first time buyer.”

“I ordered a Tilley hat on 11th July on line. It was showing in stock. It hadn't arrived by 25th July so I phoned customer services. The lady was very helpful saying that they were waiting for new stock and that I should have been informed of the delay. My hat arrived on 28th July and I'm very pleased with it. It would have been 5 stars if their system had worked by keeping me up to date.”

“Very unhappy with the delivery company DPD you selected. They left the parcel at a small shop a very long way from home. Will need to take a taxi to it it is so far away.”

We have had a look into your order and the tracking information and can see DPD tried to deliver your parcel but there was nobody in to receive the parcel. For this reason, the parcel was taken to the drop-off shop. We are so sorry this was far away, DPD select the closest shop to yourself. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. “Three items ordered, two not in stock, should really have stated when ordering, the one item that has arrived was wrong so sent back, reordered but same wrong item sent again, not a great shopping experience, won't bother again.”

“Good communication re delivery timescale . Partner loved his boots but unfortunately they were too long for him . Such a shame as he said they were super comfy . On their way back . At least we know that Mountain Horse is a quality make .”
