“Brilliant !! Bought a printer and I damaged 2 parts...ordered tham just before 4pm and they were here next day. Also 2 printers I have bought from them are great and both customer service and technical support have been excellent.i will use these guys from now on for all spare parts. We'll done.”

“Their customer service is impeccable. I had an issue with the initial printer that arrived. After contacting customer service by email, I received a same day reply and an immediate replacement was ordered and delivered the next day in perfect condition. I cannot recommend them enough and will be buying from them again.”

“I bought my Bambu X1C from Additive X and had great service and help when I rang them with a question. So when I wanted to buy the AMS 2 pro, who should I turn to. Additive X of course. “Very quick, free delivery in 48 hours of Bambu labe 3d printer, Bambu Labs charged £17 for 3-5 days. Lots of support offered at point of sale, not had to use it yet.”
