“I ordered a Bambu P1S Combo 3d printer and it arrived the next day. Overall it was cheaper than Bambu Labs, who charge £15 for delivery. The printer arrived well packaged and works perfectly.”

“Purchased our Bambu lab P1S combo. Super fast next day delivery. Well packaged. Works perfectly straight out of the box. Popped in unannounced for a collection and had an impromptu tour around the facility. Lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive facility. Kind regards, Chris & Aija”

“Good experience, got my A1 mini a few weeks ago and no issues at all. Support was quick and helpful when inquiring about my order which was delayed. I will be buying here again eventually if I am in need of another printer, much more helpful than the Bambu site and better shipping fees. My only complaint would be lack of communication when there's stock shortage, when I ordered my A1 Mini it said it was out of stock until a specific day which I was fine with as it was around Easter weekend. I checked the order on that date as I'd had no emails or texts and there was no update there either so I looked at the store page for the A1 mini and the date for stock refill was around 4 days later. I don't mind the delay at all but a simple email or update on the order would be great, if I didn't check the store page I would have been requesting an order cancellation and disputing the order with my bank as I was worried I might have been scammed or something(first time buying here).”

“Used them twice now to order P1S printers. On both occasions there service has been brilliant. Next day delivery (free compared to actual Bambu). Would recommend them for all 3D printer requirements.”

“Thank you for the speedy and safe delivery of my 3d printer. I have saved for such a long time to buy one so I really appreciated the care to packing it and safe delivery.
