“We recently procured a Fuse 1 with a Sift for printing parts for our business. We had lengthy technical discussions with Additive X, who were extremely helpful with recommending materials and printers suitable for our requirements. During the discussions we had samples constructed in various material grades so we could assess which suits our needs the best. Once we placed the order, we were delighted and surprised with the speed of delivery on the equipment. The installation process was pretty simple and straightforward and the training course provided was extensive. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a 3D printer to contact Additive X. We have now procured 3no of Bambu printers as well, with the intentions of creating a 3D farm. A special mention to Elaine from Additive X who has been exceptional through the process, nothing was too much hassle for her. We appreciated her assistance and patience throughout the process.”

“Happy with Additive-X as a whole. Only negitive will be the despatch time on some of the Bambu Lab filiments and the lack of comunication with an acurate delivery date.”

“Very good service. Item was on back-order. I was given a realistic timeframe & the item arrived earlier than expected. Communication was good (all proactively initiated by Additive-X) & delivery was satisfactory, following instructions left as we were out.”

“I made a mistake with one of my online orders so I phoned Additive-X and spoke to a guy called Ian . He was very helpful and got my order sorted out then phoned me back to inform me that everything was sorted out . I received my order the next day and it was all correct and in good condition .”

“It was through great experiences purchasing printers and consumables for work, I decided to purchase a personal printer with accessories. Apart from the poor DPD delivery leaving it all in the hedge outside without a signature, I would thoroughly recommend Additive X for all your printing needs. Thanks Team”

“Not someone to normally leave reviews, but I have been really impressed with their service. Spent an hour on a video call to answer all my questions to make sure the machine did what I wanted before buying, machine arrived the next day and there's someone immediately available to help on the phone if there are any problems. So far extremely impressed. I run 14 other 3D printers and am already thinking about how I can replace those with stock from Additive-X.”
