“Customer service from the ladies is great the male I speak to isn’t so good. Really annoying that they are always low on stock. Also whenever I pay for next day delivery it always arrives about 3 days later. Also the colour fades really bad. I purchased a base 7 and after two months wear with using the remy cachet products it looks like a base 10 it’s so light. I love that they do 24inches. And they have loads of colours to choose from(if I’m stock) I do feel the bonds thin out really fast and don’t stay double drawn.”

Hi there thanks for your comments. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and always try to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. If you have issues with parcels arriving late and you have purchased a guaranteed delivery service we more often than not can refund for the missed deadline. If you experience issues with colour fading/bonds we kindly ask that you fill in a complaints for via our website so that we can investigate these issues for you. We did experience some small delays to our stock earlier in the year but hopefully by the end of this month they should all be in hand and moving forward not be an issue. “The seller was great, super fast delivery and in original packaging. It was just the actual items were not very good at all. The colour was not as expected and difficult to use”

“Great service, arrived very quickly, the only complaint is that the extensions I received, Remi Cachet elegance flat tips colour p8/613 are a different colour than the last batch, much darker, I have noticed the packaging has changed colour from red to black, so maybe a new supplier?”

“Products bought (remi cachet shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, frizz spray) have a really lovely smell and seem to be very good quality. My only negative is that the dispensing lid on the conditioner was broken and had been stuck down with a piece of tape, and I feel that the packaging for shipment could have been better - the gift box was broken in two places and the cellophane on the front of the box had come off completely. Overall the product is very good, but considering the price I would have expected more care to be taken in packing and shipping.”

“Not overly happy as have struggled for the few orders to get medium brown (6) ?? And the hair doesn't seem as good as quality as it was when I first started ordering 2-3 years ago- so little disappointed recently”

“The extensions are really good quality but they are not 1B as shown on the actual colour scale, I died my hair 1B in preparation for the extensions my hair is natural black and the extensions are dark brown.”

“Nice hair and service although after sending 8 pics I was sent a colour that didn’t resemble my hair colour whatsoever so Iv had to return them for a refund and have been told nothing else is suitable for me. Nice customer service though.”

“I've got micro loops human extensions in, I've tried different extension shampoos before they always had a horrible smell afterwards, decided to try this shampoo and conditioner, the shampoo was lovely and hair felt clean. my extensions were soft and silky after using the conditioner , Difinitely will be buying again. And recommend it”

“The hair quality was great - however delivery not so much. Ordered next day delivery because my hair was getting fitted the day after. This caused nothing but trouble as the came on the day I was having my appointment and missed half of my session And lost my deposit.”

“Great hair. Lovely style .. just nothing like the colour advertised unfortunately so after paying an over average price I have to pay more for a hairdresser to dye the hair and it will now probably loose half of its life span :(”

“They are good quality but they knot up very easily. Also I order 16inch but got a phone call to say they were out of stock but online said they weee in stock so that was annoying”

“Struggled with payment, it could've just been one of those things or me! it kept saying Safari couldn't open The page due to server going down. Anyhow persisted I got there in the end! Let's hope next time is smoother !!”

“The extensions themselves are good quality however the light brown colour was more of a reddish brown so I've had to dye them to match my hair colour. The dye did not effect the hair. When they arrived the box was badly damaged and the hair extensions were hanging out which was disappointing as they weren't a cheap purchase. On a positive note the hair is good quality and looks very natural.”

“I have had hair from this company for years spent a lot of money with them and had fab customer service . until my last hair which was very knotty and fel out within weeks . it cost me at lot of money to have the hair put in took and and send it back to the shop for a review . which they said it was my fault that it was like that . (bearing in mind I've had hair exstentions for year n know how to look after them ). they would not refund me for my hair and didn't seem interested in how much it cost me . I won't use them again .”
