“I ordered ash blond wig and when it came it was blind mixed with dark brown hair not at all what it shows on the website so that's a disappointment . Otherwise delivery was very fast so that was nice .”

“Products delivered on time but wrong address. It was delivered to 4 south avenue instead of south drive and left with neighbour 2 south ave! Luckily south avenue resident contacted me and I collected my purchase from them. Please feedback to delivery company.”

“Have used the mini tip hair extensions for 3 years now, always really good quality and look fab but what disgusts me is the price going up every year by which I've noted is around £5 , couldn't believe when I went to order these the other week they were £80!!! When I first ordered these were just £55. Also when the hair seems a lot thinner when fitted in my hair.”

“I thought the service was good that I could send the hair back and get an exchange, I put a note in for the people to ring me and the guy called me to let me know I couldn't have my hair sent out by a certain time so that was kind. I didn't think it was fair that I could pay extra and have next day delivery I had to have a whole refund and then re-order for next day delivery, surly for us all it would have been easier for me to just pay the £7. Also, I tried to change the delivery address as it defaulted to my billing address instead of my works delivery address for some reason which no one will be home so I have already had the refund, re-ordered the hair and now wont be able to get it anyway because even under a hour after ordering you wouldn't help me and let me change the address even though it was your website that defaulted my address and didn't use the address I selected. BUT oh well... I just have to go without and order from somewhere else.”

“Really good quality hair extensions. However the delivery is ridiculous. The cheapest option was next day which cost £7 and they didn't arrive until 2 days later”

“Hair is great quality but the delivery can sometimes be a joke! Paying £7 for next day delivery and only about 60% of the time it actually comes the day after! Needs sorting out!!”
